An AI agent — what is it, exactly?
A colleague who knows your business. It has a trade — sales, accounting, site manager, customer service — and works on your real data: your quotes, your clients, your jobs. Not a chatbot that gives general advice.
How many are there, and do I have to use them all?
Up to 22, depending on your plan: 4 in Solopreneur, 13 in Pro, 22 in Business — all experts, coordinated by your Super Assistant. You only talk to the one you need. Often, you just talk to your assistant and she takes care of the rest.
Do they send things without my approval?
No. Everything that leaves your business goes through two steps: the agent prepares it, shows you, and only sends it if you say yes in another message. A quote, an email, a post never go out on their own.
Can they see another professional’s data?
No. Each agent is locked inside your account: it can’t read an invoice, a client or a message that isn’t yours. This is checked by tests with every change.
Can I train them to my way of working?
Yes, by talking to them. You say “from now on, be casual with me” or “our lead times are three weeks”, and it’s remembered and applied in every conversation. An instruction sets the tone and the method, never a permission.
And if they get it wrong?
You stay in control of everything. Nothing gets deleted by voice: removing a product, an article or an employee is done on screen, deliberately. And an agent tells you when it doesn’t know, rather than making things up.
Do they work when I’m not there?
