Frequently asked questions
What are coins?
The currency of Abra and your AI agents. Each plan gives you a batch every month — 200 in Free to try it out, up to 12,000 in Business — and a drafted quote, a report, a reply to a review all count in coins. The counter resets every month, on your anniversary date.
And if I use more?
You top up, by pack, at any time. Topped-up coins never expire and are only used once your monthly batch runs out. You never lose what you’ve bought.
The Founder price — who is it for and for how long?
For the first 100 professionals who pay, whatever their plan: half price, locked for life as long as your subscription isn’t interrupted. The crossed-out price is the normal price, the one that applies after the 100th spot. If you cancel and come back, it’s the normal price.
How does payment work?
You pay for your first year in one go. Romain sets everything up within 10 days, and your year of service starts on delivery, date to date. On the anniversary, your subscription automatically switches to monthly with no commitment, at the same price, cancellable whenever you like from your “My subscription” space.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upwards. Your cockpit, your clients, your jobs: nothing changes, you gain agents. During a year already paid for, we prorate manually: open a support ticket, we never make you pay twice.
Zero commission, so how do you make money?
From the subscriptions of those who want the AI agents, and nothing else. We don’t take any percentage of what you sell, on any of the 4 plans.
What’s the difference with the Founding Member?
The grid above is the price: what you pay, what you get. Founding Member is a separate status, reserved for the first 100 who pay, whatever plan they choose: half price locked for life, your Founder number, and Romain personally takes care of your setup within 10 days.
Are all prices excluding VAT?
Yes, on all 4 plans, everywhere on this page. VAT is added at invoicing, as for any business.
