Do I need to install anything?
Nothing at all. You save Abracada’s number in your phone and write to it on WhatsApp, like a colleague. It’s a verified business account, with the green tick.
Can I send her a voice note?
Yes. You press, you talk, she listens. She always starts her reply with what she heard, so you can check at a glance before she acts. Handy when your hands are full.
Does she really see my data?
Yes, yours and only yours: your quotes, your invoices, your emails, your clients, your jobs, your calendar. It’s your account, with the same locks as in the app. An unknown number gets nothing.
Can she send a quote or an email on her own?
No. She prepares it, shows you, and only sends it if you reply yes. That’s the rule for everything that leaves your business: quotes, invoices, emails, posts.
How do I link my number?
From your account, you request a 6-digit code and send it to Abra on WhatsApp. Valid for 15 minutes. A number can only be linked to one account, and you can unlink it whenever you like.
Does she speak my language?
She replies in the language of your message. If you write or speak to her in Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic, she replies in that language.
Can I send her a job site photo or a PDF?
Not yet. Today she reads your written messages and listens to your voice notes. For a photo or a document, she tells you honestly rather than pretending.
Does she remember what we said in the app?
No, the two conversations are separate. On WhatsApp, she keeps track of your current exchange; in the cockpit, she has her own memory. Your data, though, is the same on both sides.
Is that my business WhatsApp number?
No, it’s Abracada’s, so you can talk to your assistant. Your clients keep writing to you on your own number.
