Frequently asked questions
Do my clients have to create an account?
No, never. They open your link, pick their slot, and it’s booked. Nothing to install, nothing to remember.
I’m already on Calendly or Planity.
You can keep both while you switch over, nothing to break. The difference is that here it’s included: no extra subscription, and it’s linked to your shop, your catalogue and your assistant.
Is my personal calendar respected?
Yes. Your Abracada calendar and your Google Calendar are checked before a slot is shown. A dentist appointment blocks the time: it’s never offered.
And if two clients book at the same time?
Impossible. The slot is checked at the moment of the click, then a second time right after: the first one keeps it, the other is told straight away.
Can the client cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes, from their own link, without calling you. The slot is freed up immediately and you’re notified on your phone.
Which channel does the reminder go through?
By email, the day before and one hour before. No SMS or WhatsApp for now: we don’t want to message someone who has never written to you.
Can I ask for a deposit when booking?
Not yet, it’s in preparation. Today the price is shown on your page, and payment happens as usual.
Does it work if I don’t have an online shop yet?
Yes. Your booking link works on its own, with your digital business card. Your shop will come whenever you want, at the same address.
